MT. PRINCETON HOT SPRINGS YOGA/ SOUND HEALING RETREAT

Imagine the bubbly hot springs awaiting your arrival at this serene Colorado mountain resort, perhaps you glided through powder earlier that day at a local ski mountain. You will practice Vinyasa yoga that evening at a private yoga lodge with mountain views then envelope yourself in the sounds of the Tibetan bowls melting away any accumulated stress and anything that does not serve you as you begin the rejuvenation process in your body. You awake the next morning to an invigorating yoga class and organic breakfast in our private lodge. We trek and snowshoe to an old mining town. The mid afternoon is free to enjoy lunch at the resort restaurant or a massage at their spa. The evening brings another mind/ body altering Tibetan bowl therapy session and an organic feast for dinner. And of course unlimited hot springs pools to enjoy anytime during your stay. The next morning you enjoy another yoga/ sound healing session followed by Claudia’s nourishing, organic brunch as a finale.

RAINBOW LAKE YOGA/ SOUND HEALING RETREAT

Imagine it’s autumn. The setting is a gorgeous private mountain lake with golden aspens and evergreens and cool air scented with the fresh fragrance of pine as we finish the afternoon hike on the famous Colorado trail. That evening a strength based Vinyasa yoga awaits you with the healing vibrations of the Tibetan bowls in an hour long Savasana melting away any accumulated stress and anything that does not serve you. Organic dinner is served afterward. You awake the next morning to an organic breakfast in our private lodge followed by an invigorating 2 hour hike to Lake Ptarmigin where we eat our picnic lunch then descend back through the pristine wilderness in full autumn color. That evening brings another yoga / Tibetan bowl therapy session and an organic feast for dinner. On Sunday morning we do a special meditation with Tibetan bowls outdoors across the lake listening to the gentle lake waves lap along the shore followed by Claudia’s nourishing, organic brunch as a finale. There is an optional trip to Cottonwood Hot Springs Sunday afternoon for those who wish to extend the retreat experience.
